The RMF1100 Rail Corrugation Measuring instrument is an imported measuring device manufactured entirely by V&P of Germany. It is primarily used to detect corrugation wear defects in rails. The measurement results can be used to evaluate rail grinding effectiveness and develop grinding plans. It employs a direct measurement method, using a reference length of 1.1 meters to collect real-time data on the corrugation wear defects of both rail heads. Using the CAR data reporting software, statistical reports can be automatically generated based on preset lengths and limits. All software has been fully translated into Chinese.
