It can establish a fastener ledger database for different types of fasteners such as W300-1, WJ-7 and WJ-8, perform fastener management, and has the functions of fastener entry, query, export and update.
• It can read data from the track measurement system, calculate fastener adjustment values, and associate the equipment ledger and alignment database in real time. Users can view the track before and after adjustment.
• Deviation curves, and supports operations such as graph zooming and panning.
• The trial calculation results of fastener adjustment values, combined with the fastener ledger database, directly generate fastener fine-tuning construction work orders and material lists, facilitating material preparation prior to on-track maintenance.
• After the construction is completed, the ledger can be directly updated by using the electronic construction work order.
• It adopts a server/client architecture, enabling data sharing among different departments. The track maintenance section can view workshop data online, with support for permission settings.
• It supports the storage and release of various track maintenance inspection information specified in the Code for Maintenance of Ballastless Track.
• It allows for the comparison of inspection data from different historical periods.
