GRP1000 Track Measuring Instrument
The GRP1000 Track Geometry Measuring Instrument is designed for measuring the geometric parameters of railway tracks. It has gained widespread market recognition for its high precision, easy operation and reliable performance, and serves as an indispensable testing device for railway construction, track maintenance and repair work.
The instrument is mainly composed of a three-point hand-pushed track trolley. Equipped with built-in sensors for gauge, inclination and mileage measurement, it can detect internal geometric parameters of the track, including track gauge, superelevation, mileage and twist.
The system can also perform joint operation with a total station via a wireless communication module to measure external parameters such as track centerline coordinates and rail surface elevation, and then calculate the track alignment and longitudinal level (both short-wave and long-wave). All measurement data is automatically collected, processed and analyzed by professional software on the control computer.
The track design data needs to be pre-entered into the measurement software. After the measurement is completed, users can choose to export data reports and graphical reports in various formats as required, meeting the needs of different operation scenarios.
