The PMS Rail Profile Measuring System is a German-imported device designed to measure rail profiles. Equipped with built-in guide rails and an electromechanical probe, it performs fully automatic contact measurements with an accuracy of 0.05 mm. Data is collected and stored via a MINI tablet, and the accompanying PMSViewer profile analysis software allows users to view measurement results on-site to guide the grinding work of rail grinding machines and verify their grinding results. The PMSViewer software generates PDF reports that compare the measured profile with the design profile, allowing operators to easily save the data. Additionally, a dedicated module is available as an optional accessory for measuring grooved rails.
