The TM300 Track Condition Monitoring System features a modular design and can be mounted on electric trolleys or railway trains, with an inspection speed range of 0 to 160 km/h. The system automatically identifies structural defects on the surfaces of rails, fasteners, and ballast bed in real time. Upon completion of the inspection, the results can be manually verified, and track surface images and defect reports can be exported.
