CM100 Dual-track Magnetic Flux Flaw Detector
The CM100 Dual-rail magnetic flux flaw detector is primarily used to detect shallow defects in rails. Based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage, this detector can continuously detect rail defects with high precision and reliability while performing real-time data analysis. This detector can accurately identify surface cracks, transverse fractures, horizontal cracks at the rail head, vertical cracks, rail head defects, metal loss, and weld depression in rails. It is suitable for the detection, assessment, and prevention of oblique cracks in high-speed railway rails and is capable of performing quantitative analysis of the depth of oblique cracks.
The magnetic flux inspection module is based on technological innovations developed by the MIIT Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory for High-Speed Transport Infrastructure. A single module can be mounted on the dual-wheel side of the GRP series track measurement system, enabling a single vehicle to serve multiple purposes.

When mounted on a folding dual-track trolley, the rail flaw detection system enables simultaneous inspection of both tracks. Its lightweight design ensures easy access to and removal from the track, allowing for efficient use of maintenance windows and train intervals to perform inspection work.

During the inspection process, the software interface displays the real-time mileage location of the rail flaw detector, sensor waveform data, and information on defect dimensions. Upon completion of the inspection, the system automatically generates a bar chart showing the distribution of defects and an inspection report, which can be used to directly guide maintenance work on defective rails.
