GRP3000 Clearance Measurement System
The GRP3000 integrates a profilometer on its dedicated trolley, which can be used to measure the clearances of platforms, bridges, tunnels and catenaries. Taking the track center as the origin, the profilometer is capable of measuring the two-dimensional coordinates of all objects around the track. The measurement results can be exported in the form of graphics and reports. During the measurement process, the profilometer can adopt either automatic mode or manual mode to measure the distance information from the equipment to the track center.

The Wheelset Press model NG is a genuine imported machine manufactured by OFFICINE MECCANICHE BBM SPA. It is used for the Mounting, Dismounting and Testing operation of wheels. During pressing process, it uses an independent measurement system to monitor pressure values and geometric dimensions in real time, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the entire pressing process. The machine is equipped with automatic calibration program and toolings, allowing operators to perform parameter calibration independently. The accompanying software features a graphical user interface, and the system language has been fully localized into Chinese. BBM’s clients in China include CRRC Sifang, CRRC Bombardier, CRRC Tangshan, CRRC Changchun, Metro Beijing, MTR Corporation, China State Railway Group Co., Ltd., and many other enterprises.
